PLAYLIST COVERS

Since music is an integral part of my everyday, devoting a little bit of time to designing some artwok suddenly happened an a natural occurrance. The principle is simple: each playlist operates as a movie soundtrack for whatever moment I’m going through. There are a few simple rules to follow on each playlist: no more than 300 titles per list and the artwork must be in black and white. A third and more flexible rule regarding the artwork states that the piece must be from an original photography and an a piece of graffiti overimposed over the image. As I said, this is more a fluid rule, since in a couple of occasions I used AI generated artwork when I was curious about the possibilities (please, don’t crucify me) but soon that proved to be limiting (the irony!) since I was obtaining more joy from using actual photographs that I’d taken. v
